1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of drinkalve.com and any purchase you make from Alve Inc. ("Alve", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order.

2. You must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 to purchase. By ordering you confirm that you are.

3. Pre-orders

Alve is not yet in production. When you place a pre-order:

  • You are reserving product for future delivery, not buying available stock
  • The estimated shipping date is February 2027
  • Your payment method is charged at the time of order
  • You may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment (see Refund Policy)
  • If we cannot ship by 28 February 2027, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated date, but product development, manufacturing, testing, and regulatory timelines can shift. A pre-order is not a guarantee of a specific delivery date.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid at the time of your pre-order is the price you pay — we will not charge you more later.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. The product — important disclaimers

Alve is a dietary supplement, not a medicine.

  • These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Nothing on this website is medical advice. We are not your healthcare provider.
  • Consult your physician, midwife, or other qualified healthcare provider before using this or any supplement, particularly during pregnancy, while trying to conceive, or while breastfeeding.
  • This product does not contain iron. Iron requirements vary by individual and should be guided by your own bloodwork. Discuss your iron needs with your healthcare provider.
  • Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet or for prenatal care.
  • Discontinue use and consult your provider if you experience any adverse reaction.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredient amounts, formulation details, and label information shown before launch are provisional and may change as formulation and testing are completed. The final Supplement Facts panel on the product is authoritative.

7. Your account and information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver because of an incorrect address.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, infringe our or anyone else's rights, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — the Alve name, logo, text, images, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in effect when you placed your order govern that order.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
